How do I order custom cakes/cupcakes?

We take both cake and cupcake orders in person, on the phone, and by email. At the time you place your order, you will receive a quote. All orders are custom and require full payment at time of order. You should place your order at least 2 weeks before you need it, as we make everything from scratch! call the store we may have availability!

What is your refund/deposit policy?

WITH OUR PRODUCTS BEING PERISHABLE, OUR INABILITY TO CONTROL HOW OUR ITEMS ARE TRANSPORTED AND STORED ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR DOORS, A TASTE OF BROOKLYN. DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS,REFUNDS,OR EXCHANGES.HOWEVER IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE PLEASE CONTACT OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM AT INFO@ATASTEOFBROOKLYNNC.COM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THE PICKUP DATE.WE  WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ADRESS YOUR CONCERNS AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. WE DO NOT DO CANCELLATIONS ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED AND PAID FOR , HOWEVER WE CAN POSTPONE YOUR ORDER.

I ran out of time to order. What do I do?

Feel free to give us a call to see if we have last minute availability! Feel free to also stop in and see our wide selection of already decorated case cakes. 

Can you hold a display cake for me?

We are more than happy to hold a display cake for you, provided you purchase beforehand over the phone. These cakes are pre-decorated and can be personalized with buttercream inscription at no additional charge.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and certain debit/credit cards. We do not accept bills over 20$. 

We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard.

We do not accept American Express or checks.
