How do I order custom cakes/cupcakes?

We take both cake and cupcake orders in person, on the phone, and by email. At the time you place your order, you will receive a quote. All orders are custom and require full payment at time of order. You should place your order at least 2 weeks before you need it, as we make everything from scratch! 

I ran out of time to order. What do I do?

Please stop in the bakery to see our wide selection of already decorated case cakes. If you need something immediately, please call the store to see if we have availability 919.362.8408

Can you hold a display cake for me?

We are more than happy to hold a display cake for you! Simply call the bakery and purchase your cake by phone to reserve it. The bakery case cakes are pre-decorated and can be personalized with a buttercream inscription at no additional charge!

What is your refund/deposit policy?

Since our products are perishable and we cannot ensure how they are transported and stored after leaving our premises, A Taste of Brooklyn is not able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we value your satisfaction and encourage you to contact our management team at info@atasteofbrooklynnc.com within 2 days of pickup if you have any concerns about your purchase.

 

We strive to make things right and ensure your happiness with our products. Once an order is placed and paid for, we cannot cancel it, but we are happy to postpone it upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and certain debit/credit cards. We do not accept bills over $20 or personal checks.

We accept Visa, Discover, and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or checks.
